Owner Commitment
Being involved with a
company and seeing the major changes that have occurred over
the course of 15 years can be challenging and motivating.
Dealing with day-to-day problems can be challenging.
Seeing the results can be motivating and make you push
forward. One thing that never changes is our
commitment to our customers. Pushing hard every day
keeps our current list of customers completely satisfied.
Still, as you all know, when trying to grow a business, new
customers are essential. We have learned a lot over
the years from the different types of customers we have.
One thing that doesn't change between customers - if you take
care of them, they will take care of you. As I look
over the list of customers we have, I still see many of the
original motivating factors behind this company's success
and a lot of new ones, which keeps us pushing forward.
As this company grows, we see much bigger demands put on us
by much larger customers. We get involved with some
very big requests at times, which we would very much like to
handle. As I have told our sales staff - it's only
good if we know we can handle this along with our prior
commitments to our already large list of excellent
customers. So, if one of our very capable sales
people, tries to gain your business, be assured we have done
our homework and studied your company and ours. This
assures us that we can give you the customer commitment we
want you to expect.
As shown, we have the
commitment, experience and quality equipment to insure that
your cargo is delivered safely and on time. On-time
delivery is a necessity in keeping our customers business
running effectively, which assists in increasing their
